Default Can children legally consume wine at home?

I'm not sure about Pennsylvania, Leo. If I had any kids, I probably
wouldn't chance it; you never know what your kids might tell their
schoolteachers!

Norway: 18 for buying wine and beer, 20 for liquor above 22%. At home no
set limit, afaik.

I've read that a couple of times now, and I still don't get your
meaning. What is strange about it?

Andrew.

Really? Not even your own child, at home? In France, of all places?
I'm astonished!

Feel free to be surprised, but it is true. There is a huge difference
between the law as it pertains to licensed premises and what one may
do outside such premises.
