Default Can non-DW resort guests use the DW transportation system?

Since we are staying off-property, we were thinking of parking at
Downtown Disney and using the complimentary buses to get us around since
we have park hopper tickets. Is this possible? Or is there a smarter
approach?

I used the Disney bus system last time and we never had to wait to long and
found it fast and efficient. Plan on using it again this coming August.
Personally and I mean personally I'd rather take the bus than drive to each
park. Especially if you park hop as we do.If you hop that means you have to
travel back to your point of arrival to go back to your hotel. If you take
the bus you can go home right from the last park you were visiting.

Always a good idea to park your car at the park you intend to end up at. After a hard days theme
parking, its best to just get back to your car and then your journey home is under your own control.
