As someone who lives very near New Orleans I would think that the
buildings being close together is part of what makes it look like the
French Quarter.

Thanks Miles, but we're booked in Port Orleans Riverside the first week in
August.

We'll be there mid sept. I'm slightly worried about the heat/humidity
but I'm sure we'll have a great time. I'm used to the heat being from
AZ but humidity is another thing. The only times we've been to WDW has
been Jan/Feb and loved the weather so a trip in the heat will be a 1st
for us.

From St. Louis here, Miles, so we're used to both the heat and humidity!
But you're right, we'll all have a great time!

Maybe we'll meet somewhere at the holes.

also from St. Louis. Heat and humidity go together hand in hand.

I'm used to 105F but only 5-20% humidity!! The 90F and 90% humidity
days I've seen in other parts of the country were worse than anything
here in Arizona!!

That's why I fell in love with the weather in Southern California, although
I still live here in St. Louis, MO.
