Hi There,
to add to what was said previously: if the plan remains as it is now,
you can 'stockpile' your credits and use them all in one day, two at a
time (Dinner Theatres/ High End Eateries) . . . or follow the standard
outline of the plan.
It is always nice to have reserves (backup) on the account but you could
always get some bottled water or snacks to take back to your suite. In a
pinch you can use your (hotel) resort I.D. as a credit card for payment
at some/ all registers within Disney - great for those who prefer not to
carry or carry much money.
Enjoy!

We went in May for 10 days and used the Dining Plan. I think it was well
worth the money, not only did we save money throughout our stay on the
food BUT the best part was were able to eat in some really nice places
that we normally wouldn't have eaten at otherwise. Because we knew we
didn't want table service meals every day we saved those and splurged on
some wonderful dinners where it cost us each 2 table service meals for
the one dinner. It was so worth it........we had an incredible dinner at
Citrico's in the Grand Floridian, dinner in Cinderella's Castle, and we
attended the Polynesian Luau. It was awesome. My only complaint about
the Dining Plan was that at times getting a snack at the vendors
throughout the park was a pain because the machines were sooooooo slow,
it really held up everyone else on the line. But that was in May so
maybe it's been improved. In any case, it's worth it, we loved it!! Have
a great trip!!

We are planning a trip to DisneyWorld in the Spring. Has anyone used the
Dining Plan? Pros/Cons?
