I have friends that own in Orange Lake (3 weeks/year), it's a gorgeous
property, nice size condos, nice amenities (new pool complex opened last
summer with a cool lazy river), and really close to the parks.

Not sure how excited you are about an actual timeshare, BUT you can
instead rent a 4-5 bedroom furnished home with a heated pool. My
grandparents do this through a company that is affiliated with Best
Western called IPG (not sure what it stands for). Most of these homes
are around the area of Hwy 27 and 192 (which is by Orange Lake Country
Club). These are WAY nice homes AND cheaper than an actual timeshare.
Just an idea!! Animal Kingdom, via the short cut on Black Lake Road, is
only about 15-20 minutes away.
