Are you certain that the system is wired and configured as you
want to use it? Is it a recent installation? Did it always work
like this, or is this a recent phenomenon?
The solution is highly dependent on that specific equipment and
how it is wired/configured in your studio. Unless someone else
here has similar equipment (which appears doubtful), you may
need to contact the manufacturer or dealer (or find some other
user of similar equipment).

Or simply too many buttons on the master station and nobody
who knows exactly how to operate it? We just don't know
because the OP has never replied.

There are many ways to set up the MCE 325 Find a manuel online and
redo the options.
