Need Help -- Best nightlife in Florida

Hi,
I am having a hard time deciding, where to go in florida. I am trying
to plan a trip between june - july for a week. The group will be 3-4
guys in btw ages (21-23), who would like to relax during the day on the
beach, and more importantly enjoy the nightlife, go out hard to wild
bars and clubs, during night.
Any suggestions from prior experience will be helpful, including places
to stay and go.

Only two real places come to mind. South Beach Miami and Key West.
Summer is a slower time in Florida so Key West might be a tad slow.
You'd probably do better in South Beach. Some might suggest Tampa
but the beach and the night life are probably a bit far apart for you
(The beach is actually in St. Petersburg/Clearwater). Your only other
option would be Daytona, but again, during the summer I'm not sure
there's that much really going on.
