Default Quebec City & Montmorency Falls 12 hr coach trip from Montreal

I'm bringing my father over, from England, to Montreal later this month &
would like to go on this trip. My father is 78, although active I do not
want to book the coach trip until we arrive in case he is too tired & only I
do the trip. Can anyone tell me a few things about the trip:

Is the commentary in English & French only on the coach?
Is there a WC on the coach?
I have seen Viator's web site with this tour on it. Who are the local tour
operators that they use for this trip?

Why don't you just ask Viator? The chances that anyone on this newsgroup
would have done this tour are very slim. Click on the booking button and
then the "request help" button.

I enjoyed visiting Quebec City and Montmorency falls last year, but went by
car. The scenery along the way from Montreal was quite unremarkable.
