Default Question on the Great Plains

Are the Great Plains emptying out? If so, what will happen to the
existing cities (Lincoln, Nebraska, Des Moines, Iowa, Topeka, Kansas, etc.),
towns, roads, farms, freeways, etc.? And are there any plans for the Buffalo
Commons to be established?

Default Question on the Great Plains

The great plains are not being emptied out, in fact, it is growing. Towns,
roads, farms and freeways are doing very well. The Buffalo are fine and
herds are growing...

"Gomez Addams" <johnmunch@qwest.net> wandered out of a yurt and
mumbled:

Have you been there? There haven't been any cars in those cities for
years. All of the roads were torn up and the concrete debris was
recycled to construct mental hospitals.
