Default Kelowna to Vancouver, and to Seattle

I'm flying to Vancouver, from the UK, in the Spring, to go onward to
Kelowna. What is the best driving route, between these two cities, and how
long would the journey take?

Also, how long would it take to drive from Kelowna to Seattle -
(incidentally how long does the border crossing check take - I have a UK
passport), and are there any points of interest on the way.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hegen

Quite a bit longer as highway 10(?) through the Fraser Valley can be
quite slow.

Depending on your travels and whether you need a car, it may be cheaper
to fly or take a bus

Can have delays on weekend afternoons.

also requires getting out and paying an inspection fee
