Looking for suggestions getting Anchorage -> Wrangell-St.Elias Nat'lPark

Hi,

What's the most interesting way to get from Anchorage to Wrangell-
St.Elias National Park where we'll doing a week-long of backpacking
trip before hitting Denali? Our current plan is to drive there, but
I'd like to know if there are some must-see places along the way. Is
taking the train for part of the trip possible?

Just looking for some suggestions and advice....

No the train doesnt go anywhere near Wrangell-St Elias
Wrangell-St Elia Tours run a shuttle but at over $300 pp
return its likely to be more expensive than driving
