Definitely.
The fast roads are inland and you see little, but bush.
The slow coastal roads are the pretty ones.
I'll add the Lighthouse route, from Halifax to Lunenburg, including
Peggy's Cove.
Don't try to do all you've heard in 6 days, particularly the Cape Breton
Highlands route. The scenic coastal roads are slow and the locals hate
speeders on them.
