 hotel airport shuttle question

It varies from hotel to hotel.
Keep in mind that even if it's a "regular/fixed time", the time is
only approximate. The shuttle may arrive late at the hotel, or it
might depart late because several guests want to ride to the airport
at the same time but one of them is running late. So allow extra time
if you're taking a shuttle, just to play it safe.
The hotel can also arrange to have a taxi pick you up at the hotel at
a prearranged time, and that's often faster because you're not waiting
for other passengers to show up. But a lot more expensive, too.
