But otherwise, you're charming?
I like to stay in different types of places, all depending on mood
or other objectives. A B&B can be fun, or a resort of some other
sort, but sometimes a purely functional roadside motel is just the
thing. | |

Oh, I am a social person, however, I like eating my meals, especially
breakfast, in quiet contemplation, speaking only when *I* want to.

The last time I stayed at a B&B in Canada, no one else ate breakfast
with us -- they ate at a different time. It seemed strange.
I'm not very chatty sometimes. It just depends on mood.

Yes, in my experience, B&Bs will be flexible and accommodating.
That's more their niche, but obviously they are all separately run
businesses, and may have their own quirks.
As others have stated, in the US they are usually more expensive
than basic motels.

I've stayed in upscale lodges with common dinner times. Again, I
would imagine most would try to be accommodating within certain
limits. Accommodations including evening meals are not very common
in the US, but they exist.
