Default Airbus Power Connector

Where can I find an adapter to fit the power connector in the seat for
the Airbus A320 being operated by USAir? It is labeled "Sky Power". I
have not been able to find anyone who sells an adapter or power supply
that works with the system Is it AC or DC?

It seems strange that a US airline would use such a non-standard
arrangement. The ticket agent had never heard about it, either.

Yes. The connector that is most widely used on airlines.
