I haven't taken their Seattle tour, but have taken Gray Line tours in
several other cities. My experiences were fine -- comfortable buses,
good tour guides, etc.

I think they give 10% discounts if you belong to AAA, AARP, etc. Do a
Google for "gray line discount".

Get a window seat near the front. Ask the guide if one side of the bus
is better than the other. And keep in mind that these kinds of tours
just give you a quick overview; you'll want to return later to the
places that interest you.

As a former bus and truck safety inspector I had a lot of dealings with
Grayline buses on the job, and from several of their many bases of
operation. I never had any problems with them. They always seemed to have
high standards for vehicle maintenance and safety. The same could not be
said for a lot of the smaller local tour bus operators, many of which ended
up being placed out of service after safety inspections due to vehicle
defects and improperly licensed drivers.
