Ultraflight Magazine

Hello, does anyone has a back issue of ultraflight magazine jan 2000?
If you would either be willing to part with it for a fair price or scan
and e-mail an article in it about building a hangar I would appreciate
it. I'm trying to get some ideas for building an inexpensive t-hangar.
