Clubs in Finger lakes (Central NY) area?

Does anyone know of any clubs in this area?

I am contemplating the purchase of a PPC or
ultralight but would like to make some contacts before
jumping in.

Looking for a competent instructor, and/or someone
willing to give advice on what to purchase, and
share some flight time and expenses. Prefer close
to Seneca Falls/Auburn/Skaneatles.
