support for comtronics?

Comtronics intercoms and headsets seem to be all over but I'll be
darned if I can find a manufacturer's website or support!! I have a
dual-com intercom that is giving me a lot of distortion from the
pilot's mic -- especially when transmitting. Seems to mostly be a
problem when the passenger helmet isn't plugged in and varies with the
position of the passenger volume control. Does anyone know of a
support site or even a schematic to work out what is going on?

Well, duh. Should have searched the forum first. I see now that
comtronics does have a site and a phone number, but nothing in the way
of a support page or even meaningful specs on the products they sell
there. Sorry, though, to clog up the forum before doing a bit more
looking!
