Default Any decent ultralight video's?

As much as I'm new to the ultralight scene and have a limited amount
of time in a few friends trikes... well, the bugs bitten and while I'm
awaiting the ability to buy one (probably an Airborne trike) I'm
jonesin to at least see some good video's of others having fun.

If you have a link, decent video, etc. please let me know! These
things appear to be pretty rare.

Thanks!

I don't know much about trikes. I just lurk here from time to time
because I've also developed an interest recently and hope to get
something in the not too distant future. (I'm interested in a PPC.)

You didn't specify the type of ultralight you want to see in videos, so
how about what I hope is the most unusual cluster balloon flight you've
ever encountered?

If the sculpture itself doesn't meet your definition of an ultralight,
the aerial footage was all shot from a PPC.

Sorry if that comes across as shameless self-promotion. You asked for
a video, so I couldn't resist. To not self-promote, I can also point
you to other stuff by the same producer. He only shoots PPC stuff if
it interests you:

Aside from the octopus video, I've only seen his 2002 Powrachute
Extravaganza video. I enjoyed it. I had an interest in ultralights
previously. Seeing that was what got me really into PPCs.

I just got a DVD called "Extreme Kauai" that has a lot of good footage,
mostly from trikes and hang gliders (along with scuba diving, sky diving,
kayaking, etc.). It's produced by the folks at Birds In Paradise, who run a
trike training operation from Port Allen Airport on the south shore of
Kauai. They pretty much show you the whole island from the air. We were
over there in January but I did not fly with them (now I kind of wish I
would have). The DVD also has segments where he explains the trikes
(engines, etc.) and another segment where he demonstrates the Mosquito
engine/harness system for flat-land hang glider flying.

Thanks much Jim! I'm downloading away. Just didn't make it back home
last night so apologies for the delayed response. Happy flying and I
look forward to seeing them!
