Default New Years Eve

I'm looking to do something a bit different this New Year's Eve, a wild camp
somewhere (obnoxious weather excepted) - does anyone have any
recommendations for a good unusual place to see in the new year? I've heard
Skiddaw is quite a good night out!

How about a stretch of pavement in central London, then you would be
ready for the New Year sales! :-((

my damndest to ensure its not just another night in a pub full of tossers
(again). Also, glad to have inadvertantly helped in turning the topic back
to photography ;-)
