Default Antibacterial soap / wash for wetsuit

I've noticed that if I use my wetsuit over several consecutive days (
as is common on a liveaboard ), that I frequently get skin infections
( boils ) and / or swollen glands.

I'm led to believe that this is from bacteria build-up in the suit,
where the moisture inside never really dries out.

Has anyone experienced this, and if so have they had any success
counteracting it with antibacterial soap or wash? If so what kind??

( I do wash regularly, and don't pee in the suit, but that's beside
the point )

I always turn the suit inside-out for storing, but I don't so much
between dives so that I don't have to faff about reversing it just
before a dive.

Makes sense though, so I'll do it everytime in future. I'll try the
Milton out as well.

Thanks all for comments
Mark

Buddyclean? For cleaning BCDs and the insides Rebreathers
so it combines good killing power with washing off. OK it
tastes awful if you din't wash it off but you weren't
going to suck your wet suit...
