Not so. I have UKSDM but have a condition that
disallows me from the HSE diving medical.

Agreed. I was just pointing out that they are different
so reading up on one doesn't really save you redoing all
the reading for the other.
Conversely I might be doing do far more arduous dives
than a DM playing nanny to OW students. DM only implies
a 30m no deco ticket. Not all commercials are deep sat
divers.
