New DfT Ministerial team

Evening all.

The arrival of Mr Noon and the departure of Mr Harris are covered elsewhere,
but who is now responsible for what?

The DfT site has GH as Sec of State, but still shows Rosie Winterton and Tom
Harris (!). Nothing on 10 Downing Street site either.Auntie says that "Lord
Adonis, who championed city academies, moves from the schools department to
become minister of state at transport".
