I am just looking at this video about changing the points (switch)
in the tunnel, and they speak about 160 km/h the points has to be able
to bear. But that might be for straight running, not changing to the
other side.

That is for straight running, with the crossover doors shut. The speed when
traversing the points from one tunnel to another is 60kph.
With regards to TP's answer- I can confirm that.

That's what I thought when I saw in that video[1] the workers
climbing several staircases to get to their workplace at the points
(switch).
I just wonder -- is the access to the service tunnel around those
crossovers always via long stairs?

[1] Finally I got the audio in my main PC working again and revisited

No more than normal- there are somewhat more crews than trains for the
present. Hopefully, at least one of the north tunnel intervals will be
handed back shortly (I read tomorrow in the press), which will mean we can
ramp things up a bit. The real fun starts when the builders move in, and
start disturbing the dust...
