I wouldn't expect much in the way of changes in December. Southeastern have
announced that there will be three extra early morning Metro trains into
London, two from Barnehurst and one from Hayes, and there will be changes
associated with the transfer of the Tonbridge - Redhill line to Southern.

There will be further changes in March, when the terminal platforms at
Blackfriars are closed, and trains start running between Southeastern and
Thameslink destinations.

The big changes will come in December 2009 when the CTRL Domestic Services
start.

Nothing showing yet on the TSO or Middleton Press websites as to
possible publication dates. I'd check again mid to late October to see
if more info is around then.
