Default Virgin Blockage buster - £18day return?

There's a £18 Super Off Peak Day Return from Birmingham to London (route
High Wycombe). I reckon that would be valid on Virgin's Birmingham to Euston
services diverted via the Chilterns?

Discuss!

Are you _sure_? If you pitch up at Euston and get on board a Virgin
train to Coventry and Birmingham, there's no commitment as to the
route. It could go via High Wycombe, it could go via Rugby and not
bother making intermediate stops.
