If it was breakfast news then that may have been Kate Silverton.

Personally, I never listen to a word of what she has to say, I just
sigh and go all dewy eyed my imagination running wild pinned down to
the ground by her forcing me into submission (apparently, she’s
something of a judo practitioner).

She could tell me locomotives have steering wheels and I would
complement her on her brilliant insight and thorough knowledge.
