Default Virgin Blockbuster Question

How long before the drivers, currently accompanied by EWS pilots,
could eventually claim that they could sign the route?

I mean eventually the will get to know the road quite well.

It was interesting to note, today, that all of the Virgin Blockbusters that
I saw had copious numbers of empty seats. In contrast, all of the
strengthened Chiltern services were packed full.
