Agreed. Is there such a threat at the moment? It would be just yet
another law that wouldn't be enforced by anyone, so why bother?

I just stick in in the pannier, and wrap the locking cable around
everything, but yes, I see your point. Round here we have bike
lockers at stations which you cen have a key to by simply
joining the Bike Locker User Club. I've never used them,
and I have never seen anyone else use them either!

You won't catch me in Lycra, that's for sure! What;s wrong with
