Maybe all but the "brake vehicle 9513" (see below)?

Perhaps they could lease it back for tours that they marketed.

Interesting stuff.
I was told a few weeks ago by someone at Victa Westrail that a short
Blue Pullman Set will work over the LT&S out of Fenchurch Street on
the evening of 20th February as a private charter.
What's the date on the statement you posted?

Derived from 'Invicta', the county motto of Kent, whence the company
originated.

The balkanisation of these small, independent operators seems only to
guarantee an ever-larger number of ever-smaller companies using
clapped out rolling stock to run a small number of special trains,
then running out of cash and being taken over or going out of
business.
It is a bit like watching double glazing companies going bust then
reappearing under a slightly different name, with the same premises,
same personnel and the same business practices, having left a lot of
suppliers and subcontractors in the lurch.
Hopefully, one day, something stable and viable will emerge from this
appalling mess. | |

Yes, but presumably "invicta" is the opposite of "victa". If the Kent
motto had been "Undefeated", I doubt whether they would have called
themselves "Defeated Rail". | |
