An interesting perspective. People are frequently criticised for running
offices in "the centre of the country[1]", ie London, because it
apparently encourages too much travel.
Are you saying that this concept (ie the validity of the criticism) is
unique to London, and that it's OK to create several mini-Londons in the
provinces?
