She made a mistake, but reading it still made me laugh.

There is of course the occasional Platform 0

and Waterloo East is lettered A B C D no doubt to avoid confusion with
the Main Line station.

and of course the missing platforms
isn't it 7 that is missing from London Bridge

or the trackless platforms like No. 1 at Clapham Junction

KX Thameslink is lettered too, for the same reason, I would assume.

Leeds had a "Platform W" (for Wellington St?) for a while while it was
being rebuilt.
