Default Waterloo International to close

A posting on SEMG today said that Eurostar has written to staff saying
that Waterloo International will close in 2007 with the opening of St.
Pancras International. They apparently cannot afford having 2 stations
open.

Technically, Waterloo International will close. The current
international platforms will become part of an expanded (but plain )
Waterloo.

I know SWT are desperate for extra capacity at Waterloo, and the use of
the additional running line in/out of the station would be useful too.
