Is this the yellow & red one branded "Satlink Western" (or something
like that)?. If so, it's a departmental vehicle used by the Signal
Engineer's Department, probably on what used to be the LMR. As far as
I know, it's a bog-standard BR-design 20T van with a new lick of
paint. Don't have any other info, I'm afraid.
