Default WCML Electrification Upgrade, Acton Bridge - question re grid supply

Three cheers for Richard Catlow who has the ability to explain these
technical questions with such clarity. His explanations must be the best on
this group. Let us hope that he will be on hand to keep us properly informed
on appropriate questions for a long time to come

ISTR the fence (not the lighting) is a legal requirement to stop kids being
able to get in and kill themselves.
