Don't quite understand what you mean by 'legal system.'
Anyway, if you are wanting to get UK TV as others have said you only
need to get a dish and point it in the right direction. As you are
outside the main 'footprint' of Astra 2D which carries most of the UK
progs you will need quite a large dish. I would have thought 1m would be
big enough for most of Spain but the further south and/or west you go a
bigger dish may be needed. The satcure web site is a wealth of info in
this area.
As regards a receiver, if you already have a box then all you need is
the dish. However I would guess that you might be on a cable or
distribution system in which case you will need to get a box. I don't
know what's available in Spain, but the French DIY sheds sell
pre-programmed sat receivers which will do the job fine. You just need
to make sure you get one of the 5000 or 5500 channel boxes and if
possible look in the setting up instructions to make sure it has 'Astra
28.2E' on board - some of those with less than 5000 channels do not.
These boxes will get almost any sat that can be received in Europe. As
regards programmes you will be able to receive all domestic channels
except five and its derivatives although they should be available near
the end of the year.
If you want UK progs only and have relatives over here then get them to
get you one of the new Freesat boxes. They cost around £150 but will get
you most channels including BBC and ITV HD free of charge but they won't
get the European progs that the DIY boxes will. An alternative is a
secondhand Sky box which will get the FTA channels without a card, or if
you have access to a UK address you can get a Sky freesat card for £20
once off charge which will give you all UK domestic channels. Be aware
however - from my experience at least - that Sky boxes are generally not
as sensitive as some others so if you are in a fringe reception area you
could have difficulty.
