Default What Satellite ?

Just bought a new satellite dish and digital TV receiver...probably going to
have grief with trees in line of site and dish moving when I move about the
boat, but...

What's the best satellite to go for and what bearing / elevation, please ?

Any tips appreciated.

The one we did the Ouse with last month has seen its 30 birthday a long
time ago.
