I don't about anyone else, but I use my diesel for heating and electricity
generation all the time the engine is running. If I choose to put it in gear
while I'm doing this then....
I'm sure your efforts are appreciated.
Just unfortunate that the efforts of all those involved (BMF, Motors Boats
Monthly, RYA, IWA etc.) appear not to have influenced the bureaucrats either
in London or Brussels.
