Default Mystery dial

I have a French aircraft from the 60's and cannot identify one of the dials.
It is calibrated from 0 to 30 and when the engine is on seems to stay
between 12 and 15 no matter what throttle setting. Its only other marking
is Pz.

The panel has all of the other expected gauges including oil pressure and
temp and EGT

Can anyone shine any light on what this dial/guage is for?

Andy

Does it have any vacuum driven instruments? If so possibly a suction gauge.
Apart from that, Volts/Amps, or some other pressure reading.

'could be a dodgy MAP gauge - does it show about 29 with the engine off?

Default Mystery dial

Its a bad-breath garlic gauge - it samples the air, checks for garlic fumes
and won't let you fly if you're over the legal garlic limit.

Uncorrect : it won't let you fly if you're below the legal garlic limit.
