There are a lot of grey areas in current legislation Neil, the
Internet being a glaring omission.

Plus a few more 'optionals' Roland... Wouldn't it be nice if consumers
could navigate these confusing booking engines with confidence?

Indeed. Dealing with them needs careful scrutiny of the on screen menus. If
this is done mamy may bargains can be found!
