Default Meeting someone arriving LHR T3 - time to get through customs?

Hi. I'm meeting someone off a UA flight next week; the flight is out
of IAD and scheduled to land at LHR at 0655.

She has checked baggage, and a US passport. Any guesses about when
she *might* be landside (I realise it's likely to be a bit random...)?

TIA

Jeff: What flavour passport do you have? EU or non-EU?

>Non EU - I'm American. But the EU queue looked every bit as long.

The queue might be physically as long, but it will move much faster as
each check takes about ten seconds. Until perhaps a year ago they'd wave
holders of UK passports through much faster than that.
