Kris Membership. Sigapore Airlines

Any one help please... I've had a Krisflyer membership for
about 12 months.
I have recently booked a flight later next month with them
with a total of 26,684 miles.
When I look onto the website it still does not show that I
have any qualification miles.
I have not received any membership card regarding Kris and
never printed a
temporary one like the website says now.
Do I need a membership card to get into their lounges? Do I
get a card after the flight as been made?
Their website is a bit confusing.
I have spoken to the Kris people I assume in Singapore and
could hardly make out
what she was saying and give it up as a bad job.

| One would assume you receive the miles (and benefits)
after the
| flight, as with every other scheme.
