Continental Airlines baggage allowance?

I am flying with Continental next week, GLA-EWR-GLA. I would like to
know how strict they will be with the baggage allowance, which I believe
is 23Kg.

Some airlines will let you check three bags at 23kg (if that's the
airline limit) or some other combination if it's the airport's 32kg
limit.
