Quickest routes to Aus/NZ from LON?

Hello,

I'm curious, which is the quickest route in terms of travelling times from
Lon to Syd. and Auckland? Which stopover yeilds the shortest flying time.
It seems like HK would be the shortest in terms of being on the great circle
route, but is it quicker in time versus BGK,SIN- taking airline routes and
winds into consideration?

To NZ, is the japan route the quickest?
