Ryan air customer affairs number!

Hi
Does anyone know their customer affairs number, it's different to the
'support' number given on their website! This is a premium rate number &
when i dial it (09062705656) it says my phone can't call premium rate
numbers & to call customer affairs, but it don't give the number & neither
does the site!

Also, does anyone know of a northern England airport where Ryan air flyes to
Karsruhe-Baden?
A friend in Germany seays they have, but the sight just says Stanstead!

It could be one of the routes they announced for East Midlands airport,
and then had to put on ice because they sold the planes they'd have
needed (when the new ones they ordered were late).
