Default Aircraft friendly nail clippers and paper cutters?

I travel a lot - at least one return flight within the UK per week, and
spend 2 nights away from home.

I need to bring nail clippers with me, and also would like to be able to
bring a pair of scissors or some other way to cut paper. However, we all
know that these are no-nos (incidently, I rarely put any luggage into the
hold - it's all hand luggage).

Can anyone recommend anything which will do the job, but won't be
confiscated?

Umgall.

PS. I did a search, and discovered that there is a version of the
Victorinox USB penknife which is safe for plane travel. It doesn't have the
blade, nail file or scissors. i.e. it's just a pen drive! WITFP?

Assuming you want a nail clipper to, errr, clip your nails - why not
do that before you start your trips? If it's only a couple of days it's
not likely they'll grow much or get uncomfortable. If you can't do that,
how about an emery nail-file?

If you really _must_ have scissors and nail files, why not post them
to where you'll be staying (you state mostly within the UK), then post
back home after your stay. It'll only cost you a few pence, but would
need a bit of foresight.
