Are there any airlines still offering complimentary alcoholic drinks and
wine in Economy?

You can be charged with being drunk on-board an aircraft, but this generally
only happens if you get seriously wasted and/or make a nuisance of yourself.

Yeah thats generally excepted as being OK... personally I don't care how
wasted anybody wants to get, as long as they keep themselves to themselves..
