Default Airline gone bust

Scant details.

My brothers just had a phone call from travel agents to say the airline he
was flying on his honeymoon to Thailand with on 24th July has gone bust.

They've got him seats on a Qatar airlines flight - for which he will have to
pay a supplement, The flight times have changed- unfortunately they now
don't fit in with the wedding plans. Bummer.

Anyone heard which airline this is?
