Having been through Atlanta many times, unless things have improved
radically in the last year, this schedule is impossible.
The problem with Atlanta is that arriving International passengers are
mixed up with arriving/departing domestic passengers, so *after* you've
queued for immigration, and collected your bags, you have to go through
security screening [1]. From that point on, it should only be about 10
minutes to the domestic gate.
What was it like in April?
[1] You'd have to do this at any airport where you were catching a
connecting flight, the particular problem with Atlanta is that even
people whose destination is Atlanta have to be screened, so the queues
are long.
